Guests with disabilities

There are four wheelchair spaces in the Palast’s theater hall. If you are able to move seats, you may alternatively select a seat in row 3. In the Wall Sky Lounge, you are either able to remain seated in your wheelchair or to move to a seat.

Due to certain lighting and film effects, the show is not recommended for epilepsy sufferers and viewing is at guests’ own risk.

An induction loop can help guests with impaired hearing hear the show more clearly.

How can you book wheelchair spaces?

Wheelchair spaces and seats for accompanying persons may be booked at our box office or by telephone at:

How can you reach us?

Barrier-free access to the Palast foyer is available via the theater’s side entrance on Johannisstraße (off Friedrichstraße). A lift will take you to all floors of the theater as well as to the theater hall. Admission via the side entrance starts one hour before the show begins at the earliest.

Simply ring the bell located to the right of the entrance. Our service personnel will open the glass door and, upon request, look after you and accompany you to your seat. You are also able to move around the foyer completely independently. Please note, however, that mobility in the theater hall itself is extremely limited due to steps. On show days, our theater staff are also happy to answer any questions you might have by telephone and can be reached on +49-30-2326 2646 from 5 p.m. (until the end of the show).

Convenient parking

We would be happy to arrange for disabled parking when you order tickets for wheelchair users at our theater box office or by telephone:

flag_en +49-30-2326 2327

When you order your tickets, you will immediately be given the service number you need to call to make any special parking arrangements.

Parking spaces should be booked at least one week before the show. They are located in the immediate vicinity of our barrier-free side entrance.

Reserve a table for the interval

If you would like to drink or eat something during the interval, we suggest you reserve a table at one of the bars before the show starts. This will guarantee you and your companion a seat during the interval, and your drinks will already be waiting for you.

Our disabled toilets are located on the ground floor and meet all requirements.
