that every single guest will undoubtedly find a seat to suit!

Our theater box office is located to the right of the main entrance of the Palast. Ticket collection and evening box office, always from 60 minutes before the performance starts.
Tickets can only be exchanged or returned if you booked them directly with us. Please contact the sales outlet you used otherwise (e.g. tour operator, external ticket office).

The Palast stands for diversity – also when it comes to
the choice of seats. Whether you’re on a tight student budget
or fancy splashing out on a VIP experience, you’ll find a seat
to suit every occasion and all budgets in our theatre hall.
The classic seats in price categories 1 to 5 are located in the stalls and high stalls. The theatre hall’s atrium shape means great views can be enjoyed of the stage from all seats. We recommend the high stalls for those who like to keep sight of the goings-on from above. Prices start at €19.80 (price category 5).

For those who would prefer to experience our Grand Show from the very midst of things, then our Premium category makes the perfect choice. Want to also be a little closer to all the action on stage? Then you’ll probably find your favourite seats in the Premium+ category (rows 4–9).

Our VIP seats in rows 3 and 10 offer the best views of the stage with the added bonus of extra legroom. VIP access to the cloakroom and bar ensure the appropriate level of service.

Experience the 360° views
Utterly exclusive! We welcome up to six guests in our separate lounge with a private bar service. You can enjoy spectacular bird’s-eye views of all the action in the theatre hall and on stage from the Wall Sky Lounge. Accessible via a separate entrance with lift, an exclusive smoking area and toilets are also available just close by. The price includes a glass of champagne as a welcome drink.

Your visit to the Palast
We introduced a dynamic pricing system here at the Palast in 2018 with the aim of filling seats evenly throughout the year and creating a fantastic atmosphere in the theatre hall during every single performance. This means that the ticket prices and available price categories vary according to supply and demand on the respective show day. This allows us to offer tickets for many shows for less than in the past, though higher prices may apply at short notice on popular days. We therefore recommend booking as early as possible to be guaranteed the best prices. For, as we all know, demand tends to increase as the show day approaches.

We are still living in unpredictable times. As a state-run theatre, the Palast therefore offers its guests a triple Feel Safe promise:
The Palast is the first and up until now the only theatre to have gained the TÜV seal of quality “Tested Covid-19 Infection Protection” for its procedures and its hygiene concepts. Good to know: the new cutting edge ventilation system replaces the entire volume of air in the hall with fresh air up to eight times an hour.
If a performance is cancelled, you can be sure of getting your money back within three weeks – automatically and without you having to put in a claim, as we are not implementing the legally permitted voucher system.
If something comes up and you can’t attend the show after all, you can rebook the ticket you purchased for another date, up until two hours before the performance starts, without giving a reason, or you can exchange it for a voucher.
