A total of 1,899 seats are available in the theatre hall, meaning
that every single guest will undoubtedly find a seat to suit!

or at the theatre box office.

Advance ticket sales: Mon-Fri 2 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Our theater box office is located to the right of the main entrance of the Palast. Ticket collection and evening box office, always from 60 minutes before the performance starts.
Tickets can only be exchanged or returned if you booked them directly with us. Please contact the sales outlet you used otherwise (e.g. tour operator, external ticket office).

The Palast stands for diversity – also when it comes to
the choice of seats. Whether you’re on a tight student budget
or fancy splashing out on a VIP experience, you’ll find a seat
to suit every occasion and all budgets in our theatre hall.
The classic price categories are located in the stalls and high stalls. Thanks to the theatre hall’s atrium seating style, they all offer great views of the stage. We recommend the high stalls for those who like to keep sight of the goings-on from above.

For those who would prefer to experience our Grand Show from the very midst of things, then our Premium category makes the perfect choice. Want to also be a little closer to all the action on stage? Then you’ll probably find your favourite seats in the Premium+ category (rows 4–9).

Our VIP seats in rows 3 and 10 offer the best views of the stage with the added bonus of extra legroom. VIP access to the cloakroom and bar ensure the appropriate level of service.

Experience the 360° views
Utterly exclusive! We welcome up to six guests in our separate lounge with a private bar service. You can enjoy spectacular bird’s-eye views of all the action in the theatre hall and on stage from the Wall Sky Lounge. Accessible via a separate entrance with lift and toilets are also available just close by.

Your visit to the Palast
At the Palast, we use a dynamic pricing system to ensure balanced attendance throughout the season and thus create an atmospheric ambience in the auditorium. This means that the ticket price and the available price categories are based on demand and supply on the day of the event. We are therefore able to offer many performances at lower prices than before, but there may also be higher prices at short notice if demand is high on popular days. For this reason, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your favourite seat. As is well known, demand increases as the day of the event approaches.

Unless indicated otherwise, the discounts apply for price categories 1+ to 4. Bookable online, by telephone or at the theatre box office. Cannot be combined with special offers or other discounts. Special events and New Year’s Eve events are also excluded.

receive a 10% discount in price categories 1+ to 4.

As a state-run theatre, the Palast offers its guests a triple Feel Safe promise:
If a performance is cancelled, you’ll automatically receive a full refund within three weeks – no need to apply, as we don’t make use of the statutory voucher option.

If you’re unable to make it at the last minute, your ticket purchased at the Palast can be rebooked for another date or exchanged for a voucher up to two hours before the start of the performance. Does not apply to tickets from third-party providers.
